Digestive Support
DIGESTIVE SUPPORT TINCTURE!
I've been reading for months about the American digestive tract. It's a sad story. Bitters promote healthy digestion but the American diet has removed any and all bitter tastes from our diet. Our taste buds aren't use to bitters. Only super salty and super sweet! But we need bitters back in our diet! #bringbittersback
Digestive bitters are known to help in the digestion and assimilation of food and nutrients. This powerful blend of herbs help to trigger the digestive enzymes to start flowing, which sends a signal to the body to start the digestive process.
Consuming digestive bitters regularly has been shown to balance appetite, ease constipation, regulate bowel movements, curb sugar cravings, increase absorption of vitamins & minerals, and even support liver function. Some of the herbs in this blend also act as a pre biotic which help feed the gut flora and keep the colonies healthy.
I've been taking this tincture before every meal!
Ingredients:
Orange Peel: contains anti-inflammatory properties that help treat many digestions and gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea, heartburn, and acidity
Artichoke Leaf: contains inulin which is a prebiotic that helps feed gut microbes. This plant can help reduce bloating and heartburn. It is also shown to reduce symptoms of IBS.
Hawthorn Berries: it has been used for centuries to treat digestive issues, particularly indigestion and stomach pain. These berries contain fiber, which has been proven to aid digestion by reducing constipation and acting as a prebiotic.
Dandelion Root and Leaf: stimulates the flow of bile which is essential to the digestive process and for absorption of fats and fat solute vitamins. It can help relieve gas and poor digestion due to a sluggish liver.
Yellow Dock Root: helps stimulate bile production, which increases the rate at which the body can break down fats and lipids. It helps promote healthy digestion, a diverse microbiome, and regulates blood sugar.
Ginger Root: helps prevent the buildup of gases in the gastrointestinal system and keeps food moving through the digestive tract. It is associated with an increase in the digestive enzymes trypsin and pancreatic lipase. It is also linked to elevated saliva flow and improved gastric motility.
It'll be in our online store soon! It's only in tincture shop currently!
